Andrew J. Erkis Ph.D. Danielle Sines LMFT
Andrew J. Erkis, Ph.D. Dr. Erkis is also an expert in the field of mental health, having worked in a variety of therapeutic settings, including: clinical staff member for an inpatient psychiatric hospital, family divorce counselor, outpatient therapist, and therapist in one of the countries top wilderness therapy programs. He holds an M.A. in Counseling and Social Psychology from Ball State University, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Erkis completed his pre-doctoral internship at The Ohio State University. As an educator he has taught courses in group therapy, dual diagnosis (co-occurring drug and alcohol issues), treatment, and counseling theory at Pennsylvania State University and Ball State University. He is a published author on counseling, therapeutic options, and the mental health industry. He is currently writing a book “When all Else Fails: A Guide for Parents Considering Out-of-Home-Placement for Their Struggling Teen."
